All art supplies awarded must be used for the specified project listed in the recipients application.
Photography and/or videography are required upon completion of the art project. Examples include but are not limited to the following:
- Unboxing Art Supplies
- In Progress
- Behind the Scenes
- Finished Project
- Interview Artists on Project/Process
Recognition through email marketing or social media, either through personal or organization’s accounts, is required. The Arts Advocacy must be tagged.Â
If an individual’s application request is awarded an art supplies sponsorship the recipient will not be eligible to apply again for one full calendar year.
If any terms of the Sponsorship Policy are not adhered to without expressed written consent to do so otherwise may result in being billed for all art supplies awarded.
Applications are not guaranteed to be approved and The Arts Advocacy reserves the right to refuse sponsorships to anyone at anytime for any reason.
